Thank you for shopping with Flying Urban. We aim to deliver high-quality custom printed apparel and accessories. Because our products are made to order, we follow a specific return and refund process.

1. No Returns (Change of Mind)
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- This includes issues like:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of color preference
- Style preference
- Minor printing variations on design
Please review product details and sizing chart carefully before ordering.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
- If you want to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
Production usually starts within a short time after order placement due to the POD workflow with our supplier.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. In rare cases where you receive a:
✔ Product with printing errors
✔ Damaged product
✔ Incorrect item shipped
You may be eligible for a replacement/refund.
To qualify, you MUST:
- Email us at flyingurbanofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include the following:

- Clear photos of the item from multiple angles
- An unedited unboxing video showing:
- Package opening
- Defect/damage clearly visible
Claims submitted without the video and photo proof will not be considered.
4. Approved Replacement / Refund Process
Once we verify your claim:
- We will replace the product at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved for any reason:
- Flying Urban will cover the shipping cost only if the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For any other issues (e.g., wrong size selected, preferences), return shipping will not be covered.
6. Shipping Delays
- Delays caused by shipping couriers are not eligible for refunds.
- Estimated shipping times are approximate and may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather events
- Remote delivery locations
