Welcome to Flying Urban. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Flying Urban is a print-on-demand apparel brand. All products are custom-printed and fulfilled by our trusted third-party manufacturing partner.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All Flying Urban products are printed only after an order is placed. This means:

  • Each item is custom produced
  • Production begins shortly after order confirmation
  • Orders cannot be modified once production starts

Because of this, we follow a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy (see below).

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.

If you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed.

4. No Return Policy

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Minor print placement variations (within acceptable quality limits)

Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.

5. Damaged / Misprinted / Defective Products

We offer replacement only if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The print is defective
  • You received the wrong product

To claim a replacement:

  1. Email us at flyingurbanofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Attach:

    • Clear photos of the issue
    • An unedited unboxing video (mandatory)

Without proper proof, claims may not be processed.

Approved replacements will be re-printed and shipped at no additional cost.

6. Production & Shipping

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Flying Urban is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card or payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on Flying Urban are the intellectual property of Flying Urban.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flying Urban shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services
  • Customer errors in providing shipping address or size selection

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

Flying Urban reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
