1. Order Processing Time

All items at Flying Urban are printed to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this:

  • Production generally takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • Customization, print load, and supplier workload may affect processing time.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins only after your payment is successfully processed.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your products across India and internationally. Shipping options available at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (where available)

Carriers may include well-known providers depending on your location and order size.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


3. Delivery Time Estimates

After processing, estimated delivery timelines are:

Domestic (within India):

  • Standard Shipping – Approximately 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping – 3–7 business days

International:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location (PIN code or country)
  • Shipping method selected

In some promotional periods, we may offer free or discounted shipping. Any such offers will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • All orders require a complete address and a valid phone number.
  • We generally do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or incomplete address entries.
  • If your courier partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect information, additional charges for redelivery may apply.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can monitor the delivery status with the courier using that tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or remote locations are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays once the order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges for rerouting or reshipment may apply.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking details — we will assist with the carrier claim.
